To place an order with us you will need to create an account. As a registered online pharmacy, we must follow the guidelines set out in the Responsible Pharmacy Act of 2008. This requires us to maintain accurate and concise customer profile records which are managed and securely stored. All data is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will only be viewed by our Pharmacist or dispensary team when necessary for accurately dispatching of an order.

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, our procedure requires that you contact us immediately by e-mail so that we can advise you on the next steps.

We would like to apologise if you have not yet received your order. Our delivery guidelines state that you should receive your order in about 1 to 5 working days after dispatch. If your item still does not arrive within this time frame, then please contact us by e-mail so that we can investigate this matter further for you.
We are a UK-Only service provider and will only deliver to confirmed UK addresses.
