Once an order has been placed it cannot be altered. Please contact the customer care team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the order. However, note that an order cannot be cancelled if it has already been processed for dispatch.

Operating as an independent pharmacy, there are strict health and safety regulations and protocols which must be adhered to. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, exchange or refund any of the products listed on our website once purchased.
All our goods are rigorously checked through our quality control process prior to being packaged and dispatched. If you receive your product and believe that damage may have occurred during transit, please contact the customer care team as soon as possible. Each case will be investigated independently, where photographic evidence will need to be submitted prior to any evaluation against the delivered condition. This is generally a slow process whilst evidence is collected from all parties, therefore your patience is appreciated.
